Rates are based on double occupancy and

an evening snack, wake-up tray and full breakfast.
$15 for each additional guest. (Cozy Corner and
Hidden Harbor have full size sofa sleepers.)
All charges are subject to 5 1/2% sales tax.
Personal checks are preferred. Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express
cards gladly accepted.
Weekend rates apply to some major holidays and area
events.
Corporate rate of $72 for single occupancy (Sun - Thurs).
All rooms have private bathrooms, showers, irons, ironing
boards, hairdryers, telephones, cable TV, and CD players.

Deposit Policy:
Room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, or full payment
via check/cash within five days from the date the reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy:
No charges will be assessed if cancellations are received a minimum of
eight days prior to your reservation date. For cancellations received
with less than an eight day notice, you will be charged unless we are able
to rebook the room.
Check-in Time: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
